At The Peace Anchor, every box is thoughtfully hand-curated with care and made to bring comfort during life’s storms.

Returns

Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes and the inclusion of consumable and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tracy@thepeaceanchor.com. Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been prepared or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our Promise

Every Peace Anchor box is hand-curated, and some items may vary slightly based on availability. If a substitution is necessary, it will always be replaced with an item of equal or greater quality while maintaining the same comforting experience.
